I am a fully qualified professional counsellor and hypnotherapist operating from my therapy room in Fleet, Hampshire. I adapt my approach to suit each individual and their needs.
I had a fulfilling career in teaching and helping children to realise their full potential by providing support and strategies for them to overcome difficulties. I decided to develop this further by training as a counsellor for both young people and adults.
I work as a counsellor at a local sixth form college, have experience of working as an honorary NHS Youth Counsellor for the Surrey Youth Counselling Service, part of Mindsight CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service) and I also work in private practice. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the National Counselling Society (NCS) and National Hypnotherapy Society (NHS). I am bound by their Code of Ethics.
